Don't You Forget About Me?

Don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?

Up on a hill
Where the Sun never shines
There's a girl in a house
In my head
On my mind
Out of the city
Away from it all
The grass isn't greener at all, at all

I started thinking I could need somebody
I really thought that you could be somebody to me
I let you go, go, go, go

It started to rain
And I let it pour
I wanted to hold you but I held the door
Flew over your house
And fell through the floor
Oh that's what I get for wanting more
Don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?

Over the rainbow
And under the bed
Our dreams and our fears
On a thread, on a thread
Love is a parachute
A gamble at best
You fall and you pray
That you land into them

I started thinking I could need somebody
I really thought that you could be somebody to me
I let that go, go, go, go

It started to rain
And I let it pour
I wanted to hold you but I held the door
Flew over your house
And fell through the floor
Oh that's what I get for wanting more

Don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?

It started to rain
And I let it pour
I wanted to hold you but I held the door
Flew over your house
And fell through the floor
Oh that's what I get for wanting more

Don't you forget about me?
Oh don't you forget about me?
